Editorial Note :

The following is an overview of the rationale for submitting the Elizabeth II regime [preceding and present] firm to the United Nations for consideration in the matters of war crimes against indigenous children and their parents for corprate purposes; namely, of seeking to acquire lands and resources ultra vires of international law; and, in contravention of fundamental principles of justice. In this Draft Petition, it is tabulated through public records that children have been tortured and died [includeing, being disposed of in ovens] in this network of Indian Residential and Day Schools; and, that the focus of these schools was to destroy the heritage of these indigenous Peoples who have inhabited these lands for more than 10,000 years.

The British Royal Family, or, the House of Windsor [Windsor Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha] is colloquially referred to as being The FIRM (1) (2youtube).

Elizabeth II [legal name is : Elizabeth House of Windsor] ascended to the British Throne as monarch in 1952.

The last Indian Residential School was closed in 1996. There have been Royal Commsssions of Inquiry on Aboriginal Peoples (1991-1996) and continuing Truth and Reconciliation Commissions. The prevailing Class Action claim on behalf of Indian Day School victim survivors is filed in the province of manitoba; representing some 60,000 eligible Peoples. The Indian Residential Schools Victims Settlement process has recorded some 96,000 applications. It is alleged that 50,000 children died at these Indian Residential Schools. Financial settlements for abuse at these "schools" has averaged circa $30-50,000. The average settlement for similar abuses and criminal offences to non-native children has averaged $750,000 - 1.5 Million per person. Most child victims will continue to suffer a lifetime of terror; including the "Stockholm Syndrome" symtoms.

This Petition to The United Nations will seek to have the Head of State : Elizabeth II : Crown charged with war crimes against humanity.

Comment :  Touchstone Committee understands the risk of developing this Petition to the United Nations. It is well to consider the following as possessing significant influence on the outcome of the UNcrownE2 campaign in conjunction with these submissions to the UN International Court of Justice and the War Crimes Tribunal agency :
