Attention Province of BC : Governor In Council, including, but not limited to BC Health Authorities

I remind you of my outstanding civil damages claim regarding our personal bed bug infestation and the arising class action claims : see http://tc-civilrights-bedbugs.blogspot.com/#uds-search-results : the current disclosures regarding Bed Bugs as carriers of Superbugs is further credence to my allegations of long standing provincial culpability and abandonment of reasonable care and due diligence in the general public good in not providing legislation requiring landlords to disclose histories of bed bug infestations to prospective and existing tenants. Global information regarding bed bugs as carriers of lethal infestations has been generally known in the science fields for more than a decade.
You are encouraged to settle forthwith. Email confirmation of settlement meeting is required before May 31st, 2011. Failure to do so will result in applications to three international human rights tribunals : European Union, UN and IAHRC.
Support applications will be forwarded to international human rights organizations; including Red Cross / Red Crescent; Amnesty International; and, Green Peace. Labour Unions and the International Labour Organization will also be petitioned for support.
Signed : Ralph Charles {Yuxwuletun} Goodwin, claimant
