
The hierarchical regimes of Western Europe have left - like so many other monoliths from around the world over the ages - a legacy of continuing grief for later generations to comprehend and resolve {or, ignore}.
Like it or not, the Christian Church, as a corporate body, has entrenched a policy and practise that will not find demise without admission of guilt - and, there is a guilt to be admitted. 
The above, and, following matters are written by a practising Christian; who is also a steward in his church community - as well as being a civil rights advocate, who admonishes the church and state for their collaboration in this continuing policy of lies and deceit in the matters of any resolution policies toward ameliorating and compensating for the continuing legacies of third world refugee camps that have been installed throughout North America - and, which we call native reserves.
And, in particular, he finds significant fault with the legal profession in its manner of representation of the clients as claimants against Church and State.

Abuse of authority - or, claimed authority through corruption, deceit, or fraud - creates a public need for recompense. TC75 utilizes the Third Shoe as its entity of investigations, report management; and, due diligence. The Power of One, wherein, society embraces the commitment to survive in an ethical way because each individual is a critical mass of the unified whole : public interest prevails in an environment where one and infinity are equal values : the mobius loop.
The Third Shoe - as an integral factor within TC75 - assembles due diligence information; which is reviewed by a specific issues TOUCHSTONE Committee panel; who, then formulates a declaration of action.
Emile Zola, in publishing the Dreyfus Affair in his open letter, wrote of human dignity and the administration of justice as being founded upon a duty to the citizenry; generally, remembered as "J'accuse!"
And, in pursuing a sense of public justice, TC75 brings forward a phalanx of legal scholars and humanists; who strategize with our committee heads on the matters of political, economic and social reformation. TOUCHSTONE, then, commences a series of actions.
So, what is this thing about "The Third Shoe" ? And, why should anyone be interested in its agenda ?
Well, when things don't get resolved in an acceptable, humane manner, The Third Shoe becomes a provocateur of acceptable settling of the score, as it were.
The Third Shoe becomes a public advocate for change in policy for "the good of the whole".
And, therein, lies the rub.
Generally, the public wishes these uncomfortable issues to whither on the vine; and, to never bear the fruit of recompense.
And, certainly, the Church and Government are prepared to continue their mutual conspiracies that are designed to be less against resolution, and, more toward exhaustion of the issues.
