Welcome.This Application Form declares your [the undersigned person or persons] claim against the estate of a person who is deceased; and, further that this person was a member of one of the Original Peoples Nations [i.e., aboriginal , indigenous, native, Indian] who were victimized and / or brutalized through their forced attendance at an Indian Residential / Day School in Canada [Turtle Island North].
Whereas
The undersigned Party or Parties are persons entitled to receive legacies and benefits through the estate of a deceased person who was an attendee, as above, of an Indian Residential or Day School. And, further, that this said deceased person is entitled to receive a form / forms of compensation from the operators of these said Indian Residential / Day Schools
Therefore
The undersigned Party or Parties are persons entitled to receive monies and other forms of compensation as may be determined through negotiations with Elizabeth II – Queen, Canada, and, others as have been so identified during the course of public and private hearings that have been conducted throughout Canada / Turtle Island North during these last years.
The Process
By signing this form, the Applicant endorses Touchstone Committee LawSpeaker International [since 1975] to proceed to file a Claim for benefit against the Respondent Parties. This authority to present questions and applications on behalf of the Claimant can be withdrawn at any time by either written or verbal notice.
Further Information
1. There is no fee or charges levied by Touchstone Committee LawSPEAKER International [TCLI] to the Applicant Claimant. Any expenses or fees TCLIwill be claimed forward to the government of Canada and the other Parties [Churches, et cetera]
2. The TCLIagenda on behalf of the Applicant Claimant is to have the Responding Parties pay forward to each Applicant Claimant the return of legal fees within this Year 2010
3. Additionally, TCLIis seeking to have the United Nations Human Rights Commission assist in achieving a more fair settlement as based upon common community standards as established by other similar leading court decisions reached on behalf non-native children arising during the same and recent period
