Confidential Undertaking Without Prejudice

Touchstone Committee (TC75), herein, establishes a confidential undertaking with the Client, as named below.

Both parties {TC75 & the Client} undertake that there shall exist a prevailing obligation and mutual respect commitment to be truthful in all matters that will flow from the understanding, as below.

Within this protocol are the presumed mutual interests to attain a reasonable and respectful resolve to the issue(s) that are the subject matter of this undertaking commitment.

Principal in this issue of reasonable intent shall be the quest to reach a fair resolve to the subject matters within a reasonable time frame.

Both parties, herein, shall maintain a regular dialogue for the purposes of developing the file issues.

Touchstone Committee shall perform its services for a fee, which will be applicable upon the completion of the file. No retainer or other monies shall be required from the Client during the development of the file issues. TC75 shall bear all costs related to development of the file by its offices up to the point of acceptable issues resolve; whereupon, the client agrees that the Fee-For-Service of ZERO % of the Gross Settlement shall apply and be paid to Touchstone Committee out of the proceeds of the settlement; and, prior to the settlement monies being paid forward to the client.

To reiterate, the Client, comes forward as an aggrieved party; who accepts that Touchstone Committee is an para-legal advocacy service, providing a business-oriented resolve methodology to achieving a full and satisfactory conclusion to the Client's specific needs and desires.

Touchstone Committee shall provide its services on a best-efforts basis; without any warrant whatsoever that any satisfactory resolve is achievable. However, TC75 does offer to utilize its full scope of services for the benefit of the Client in an expeditious and fair manner.

Touchstone Committee unconditionally warrants that all matters with this Client are to be held in absolute confidence; unless otherwise so permitted in writing by the Client. TC75 may utilize the subject matter to develop a resolve; but, any disclosure of the Client's name will be held in absolute confidence, except as dictated, above. Touchstone Committee Scholars who may be attached to the file development will not be provided with the name of the Client; rather, only being entitled to the subject matter of the case under examination.

The following is signatured as a commitment by both parties to this Agreement; and, is done so without prejudice; both parties being encouraged to seek independent legal counsel on these issues, as above and herein.

This undertaking shall prevail until otherwise withdrawn by either party in writing and delivered upon the other party.
